Prenatal Yoga Club
Our Prenatal Yoga Club is a 5 week journey designed to help you feel more at ease in your changing body, calm in your nervous system, and confident in how you move. These classes are slow, thoughtful and adaptable, with plenty of options so you can listen to what your body needs each week.
This is not about pushing, striving or keeping up. It’s about feeling safe, supported and strong, exactly where you are.
What you can expect
Each class focuses on gentle movement, breathwork and rest to support you physically and emotionally through pregnancy.
You’ll be supported to
• Move your body safely without second guessing what’s allowed
• Ease common pregnancy aches and tension
• Feel calmer, more grounded and supported
• Build trust in your body and your breath
• Connect with other pregnant women in a relaxed, judgement free space
Classes are kept small so you can feel truly seen and supported, with the same instructor and group each week.

• Complete beginners
• Anyone wanting a slower, more nourishing approach to movement
No prior yoga or pilates experience needed.
Program Details
• 1 class per week for 5 weeks
• Starts Friday 13th February at 6.00pm
• Maximum of 6 people per group
• Same instructor and group each week
